"I have known Steve for a very long time and have been a huge fan of his playing. I first started working with Steve when he asked me to shoot his band Los Lobotomies followed by a shoot with Toto. My partner Maryanne and I worked on many PR shoots for Toto and we did Steve's solo album cover Luke.
As co-director of Hollywood's Rockwalk it was with great pleasure when we got to induct Steve and Toto into the Rockwalk in 1999. I have shot Steve many many times doing ads for Ernie Ball and a couple of shoots with Eddie Van Halen, Edgar Winter and even Jimmy Page and recently Brian May!
I also did the Christmas album cover (Santamental) with Steve in a straight jacket and shot the cover for the Steve Lukather Larry Carlton album (No substitutions) that went on to win the Grammy.
Steve and I are huge Jeff Beck fans and I have been shooting Jeff since 1968. We have got to hang with Jeff many times and Steve and I like to trade Beck stories. Jeff thinks Steve is one of the funniest guys he has ever got to meet and is also a huge fan of his playing.
Steve is great to work with and I love he and the kids with all my heart.
